Vitamin K is required for normal blood clotting. However, due to its wide dietary availability and synthesis by intestinal bacteria, vitamin K deficiency is not common in adults. Other studies also show that Vitamin K is good for bone health.
How to Use:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
